132: Unseen Contracts: Rewriting Our Inner Vows

Are you bound by childhood promises?

As children and young people, we often made silent promises to ourselves born out of a need to stay safe or keep the peace in our homes. These promises, though buried deep in our consciousness, quietly shape our decisions and relationships. But what happens when these old promises no longer serve us, and our soul calls for something more?

In our latest episode of Mystical Sisterhood, we delve into the unseen contracts we made with ourselves as kids or earlier in life. These inner vows, formed in response to fear, survival, or a longing to be accepted, can subtly influence who we become.
