Maureen Spielman:

Hey there, welcome to mystical sisterhood.

Maureen Spielman:

This is your host, Maureen Spielman. I started the show to

Maureen Spielman:

highlight the intuitives, healers and other courageous

Maureen Spielman:

women that I've met along my journey and continue to meet.

Maureen Spielman:

Through amazing interviews, I seek to ask insightful questions

Maureen Spielman:

to uncover ways in which you, the listener can apply the

Maureen Spielman:

wisdom and knowledge to your own life. I believe that we're all

Maureen Spielman:

in this together. So sharing healing and joy, and bringing

Maureen Spielman:

community together is both my passion and purpose. If you'd

Maureen Spielman:

Maureen Spielman:

in the episode.

Maureen Spielman:

Welcome back to mystical sisterhood. This is your host,

Maureen Spielman:

Maureen Spielman. I'm here with you today in celebration and

Maureen Spielman:

contemplation. And if you know me at all these two go hand in

Maureen Spielman:

hand, as the premise of or foundation of the podcast is joy

Maureen Spielman:

and healing. And they're really important to me, because I know

Maureen Spielman:

that they can exist at the same time. So thanks for being here.

Maureen Spielman:

Today. I'm by myself, I have no guest, and this is the 20th

Maureen Spielman:

episode of mystical sisterhood. I've had the absolute honor of

Maureen Spielman:

interviewing 16 women and one man thus far, and the interviews

Maureen Spielman:

have blown me away. How about you, I cannot thank you enough

Maureen Spielman:

for going on this ride with me. I'm wondering what has been your

Maureen Spielman:

experience of the guests and topics so far, I can say that

Maureen Spielman:

I've lovingly heard from you, when they do speak directly to

Maureen Spielman:

your heart and soul. So keep the feedback coming. I absolutely

Maureen Spielman:

love it. And I'm personally trusting that what is brought to

Maureen Spielman:

me and the podcast will lift humanity and bring us into a

Maureen Spielman:

higher consciousness. So those are lofty goals. But I really do

Maureen Spielman:

feel the more that we have on this earthly plane of that type

Maureen Spielman:

of content. The better for us all. So one of the reasons that

Maureen Spielman:

I'm coming to you today is because it's a five year

Maureen Spielman:

anniversary for me. And I had been eyeing this date for a

Maureen Spielman:

while, May 10. And I knew that I wanted it to be a day of

Maureen Spielman:

celebration of some sort. So I was originally thinking like,

Maureen Spielman:

oh, will I go get a massage? Or will I do something? I don't

Maureen Spielman:

know, along those lines to celebrate, have a meal,

Maureen Spielman:

something. But then I thought, oh my gosh, that's the day the

Maureen Spielman:

podcast come out, I can actually do a podcast of celebration of

Maureen Spielman:

where I've been, what I have to share, and where I'm going along

Maureen Spielman:

with where you've been, where you are now and where you're

Maureen Spielman:

going. I really think that the last five years in particular,

Maureen Spielman:

have been just huge, huge periods of the universe,

Maureen Spielman:

bringing us certain things that we never expected. And we have

Maureen Spielman:

all grown so much from them. Even in the really hard times. I

Maureen Spielman:

think it's really important that we take a look at our lives and

Maureen Spielman:

settle in this moment. And see where have I been? And what is

Maureen Spielman:

next for you. And I'm not going to worry about the length of the

Maureen Spielman:

episode. It'll be much shorter than my usual ones. But I'll

Maureen Spielman:

focus more on what I'm going to share. And I'll trust that you

Maureen Spielman:

will hear what you're meant to hear and share with others if

Maureen Spielman:

you're meant to share. So I was thinking along the lines of what

Maureen Spielman:

qualities come up when I think of the past five years. And

Maureen Spielman:

they're endless. But they do include the qualities of fear

Maureen Spielman:

and apprehension, which slowly became a willingness leaning

Maureen Spielman:

into trust. Definitely intuition, new beginnings,

Maureen Spielman:

community wisdom, contraction, expansion, growth, letting go

Maureen Spielman:

allowing and receiving. Those are just a few qualities that

Maureen Spielman:

come to mind when I think of the many roads I've traveled. So I

Maureen Spielman:

also got curious about the word anniversary. And it struck me to

Maureen Spielman:

look up the Latin root of the word. I think that was a visit

Maureen Spielman:

from my dad, our dad because he was one of those kids that grew

Maureen Spielman:

up in Catholic schools and they always took Latin. So I looked

Maureen Spielman:

up the Latin meaning of anniversary, and the word that

Maureen Spielman:

came was Anna Anna ver Sarah Mmm. And it means turning of the

Maureen Spielman:

year. So the Annie has to do with the year. And verses or

Maureen Spielman:

VERTERE means turned, or to turn. So turned or to turn. So

Maureen Spielman:

on an anniversary, we're literally turning a page. When

Maureen Spielman:

you turn a page in a book, you don't know what's on the next

Maureen Spielman:

page, but you keep going, unless you really don't like it. I

Maureen Spielman:

heard someone say recently that our birth and our death are like

Maureen Spielman:

the back and front covers of a book. And our life is what

Maureen Spielman:

transpires in between. And that really spoke to me. So we really

Maureen Spielman:

do have these chapters of our lives. So I'm going to

Maureen Spielman:

interchange anniversary with turning point, we all have these

Maureen Spielman:

turning points. And sometimes it can be true that they're

Maureen Spielman:

happening for us all the time. Can we have many truths? Can we

Maureen Spielman:

agree that we can have many truths around everything in our

Maureen Spielman:

life? I think that's what I find. But my turning inward

Maureen Spielman:

point was a diagnosis. And in the form of a breast cancer

Maureen Spielman:

diagnosis, it came as a shock. Because I had no symptoms, no

Maureen Spielman:

warnings, no family history, um, nothing that I was aware of, at

Maureen Spielman:

the time that tried to, you know, there was nothing I could

Maureen Spielman:

have done to see this was in my future, in what seemed like an

Maureen Spielman:

instant life threw at me medical appointments, and prescriptions

Maureen Spielman:

and surgeries, and honestly, many things I was in opposition

Maureen Spielman:

to. And that really forced me to get quiet, to get still and lean

Maureen Spielman:

in. So I leaned into my family and my friends and trusted

Maureen Spielman:

resources. And I, at first I was thinking it invited me to ask

Maureen Spielman:

how can I be in the flow? And what's here for me to learn? But

Maureen Spielman:

actually, you know, in all honesty, those weren't the

Maureen Spielman:

questions that came to me because I didn't live by those

Maureen Spielman:

questions at the time. Now I do. But one of the first questions

Maureen Spielman:

that beckoned to me that has become so important in my life

Maureen Spielman:

is, what's my intuition telling me about the big things that

Maureen Spielman:

were coming to me? What am I here to let go of? And what can

Maureen Spielman:

I possibly consider for my healing that I haven't

Maureen Spielman:

considered before. And this opening up, led to try new

Maureen Spielman:

complementary or alternative healing modalities, like Reiki

Maureen Spielman:

or acupuncture, or having my Akashic Records read, or what is

Maureen Spielman:

being channeled? For me. And this is where I began with the

Maureen Spielman:

opening. So if you're in a similar place right now in your

Maureen Spielman:

life, or you reflect on something that's happened in

Maureen Spielman:

your life, that caused you to get really still, you know, what

Maureen Spielman:

was there for you? And are, there are, were there new ways

Maureen Spielman:

of thinking and being that were calling to you, I began to

Maureen Spielman:

follow and trust my intuition. And like I said, it's really

Maureen Spielman:

become a hallmark of my life as to one of the things I checked

Maureen Spielman:

with first. I believe intuition is one of the most overlooked

Maureen Spielman:

yet powerful tools we have. And it's free, so lean in, invest in

Maureen Spielman:

learning how to listen to your intuition, we could do a whole

Maureen Spielman:

episode on that. So I'm curious what comes up for you. When you

Maureen Spielman:

get still and you think about your own turning points have

Maureen Spielman:

there been several in your life. These don't have to be colossal

Maureen Spielman:

life moments, my celebration today is around a big life

Maureen Spielman:

moment. But so often, it's not. So often they are we know that

Maureen Spielman:

maybe from our own lives or for from friends or people close to

Maureen Spielman:

us that it often comes in a big form. And so it also can come in

Maureen Spielman:

small forms. You may be signs from the universe to consider a

Maureen Spielman:

new job. Maybe there's a recurring anxiety that you're

Maureen Spielman:

experiencing, and it's calling you to get in touch with and not

Maureen Spielman:

push down. Maybe it's a call like an internal knowing to take

Maureen Spielman:

something out of your diet, or begin a new type of movement, or

Maureen Spielman:

see a particular healer or a doctor. The people in your

Maureen Spielman:

outside world may come to you as a messenger of just what you

Maureen Spielman:

needed to hear. Or the message might be coming from within

Maureen Spielman:

something that you've long ignored that keeps on coming to

Maureen Spielman:

you. I say that about mystical sisterhood. It was a it was

Maureen Spielman:

something that came in my mind five years ago, and then about a

Maureen Spielman:

year ago, it started coming back to me like a Maury. Pay

Maureen Spielman:

attention to me. So pay attention to the things that are

Maureen Spielman:

saying hey, your name. Pay attention to me. And I love that

Maureen Spielman:

for all of us. But if we see these recurring thoughts or a

Maureen Spielman:

new one that is coming to you, it's really important. I

Maureen Spielman:

remember at the time five years ago, that My inner voice was

Maureen Spielman:

saying you need more sleep. And the other one was Maureen, you

Maureen Spielman:

need to clear resentment you've been holding for a long time.

Maureen Spielman:

And that was kind of hard. Because, you know, we don't

Maureen Spielman:

always want to want to let go of what we don't want to let go of,

Maureen Spielman:

I'll just leave it at that. But, but also, maybe you're just

Maureen Spielman:

having a calling to slow down, you know that that's what you

Maureen Spielman:

need right now. But what I do know

Maureen Spielman:

is that we're always getting information as we hit these

Maureen Spielman:

turning points. And it's whether I think we might have thresholds

Maureen Spielman:

where it was sort of like, before, when we didn't know

Maureen Spielman:

there were signs and things coming to us to pay attention

Maureen Spielman:

to, to Oh, my gosh, I'm beginning to realize, and can we

Maureen Spielman:

talk about this and, and share with each other to, to really

Maureen Spielman:

living and trying to live your life by like, wow, I'm really

Maureen Spielman:

paying attention and waking up to what's coming to me on the

Maureen Spielman:

outside. So important. And for me, in the last five years,

Maureen Spielman:

there's been a clarity around accepting the invitation to take

Maureen Spielman:

a new journey. Could I work towards a flow or ease? Again,

Maureen Spielman:

that question? Or did I want to stay in the uncomfortable

Maureen Spielman:

opposition to what was happening? So I knew because I

Maureen Spielman:

knew in you may, too, that when we're in opposition and

Maureen Spielman:

resistance, we might not be ready to let that go. But it

Maureen Spielman:

doesn't feel aligned, and it doesn't feel good. And I have to

Maureen Spielman:

say about, you know, in my form a diagnosis that came to me, it

Maureen Spielman:

wasn't a journey that I wanted. That was very clear to me. And

Maureen Spielman:

it's a lot when our soul takes us in a new direction. That

Maureen Spielman:

doesn't feel good. I don't want to downplay that at all. The

Maureen Spielman:

Universe had my plans for my life that I didn't have in my

Maureen Spielman:

calendar, we can talk about that calendar sometimes, too. But,

Maureen Spielman:

you know, this idea that we can map everything out, and that we

Maureen Spielman:

have this control. I think that's the sneaky thing about

Maureen Spielman:

the universe, as so many of us know, what it brings to us is

Maureen Spielman:

not guaranteed to be easy for us. But it is so much for our

Maureen Spielman:

souls growth. We know that over time. We don't always know that

Maureen Spielman:

in the moment. But it's something I've learned over

Maureen Spielman:

time. And it's true that all we have is the present moment. And

Maureen Spielman:

we don't know what are around those corners are on that next

Maureen Spielman:

page. So is the journey to improve upon a relationship?

Maureen Spielman:

study something really interesting to you let go of a

Maureen Spielman:

relationship. Maybe it's a call to start setting boundaries, or

Maureen Spielman:

simply giving yourself more compassion. But what is this

Maureen Spielman:

invitation that comes to us? And that has come to you that that

Maureen Spielman:

you answered or you haven't answered. Another big thing

Maureen Spielman:

that's happened over the last five years, is my realization

Maureen Spielman:

that I didn't think along these lines that I had been

Maureen Spielman:

conditioned to really look what was happening in my outer world.

Maureen Spielman:

But over time, I realized that our lives look like they're all

Maureen Spielman:

about the outer, but they're actually mostly about the inner.

Maureen Spielman:

How could that be? I discovered that my conditioning had led me

Maureen Spielman:

to over focus on outer circumstances. And you know,

Maureen Spielman:

even though I was a soulful person, and I and I had looked

Maureen Spielman:

inward, I still look to other people to be certain something's

Maureen Spielman:

for me. And that's something that I've had to let go of. And,

Maureen Spielman:

you know, that's not to say, I want to add here to that. Do you

Maureen Spielman:

remember just the times in your life where you just knew a

Maureen Spielman:

certain something or you knew what culture was telling you

Maureen Spielman:

wasn't right for you. But then I think like what I've learned

Maureen Spielman:

over time is like, the voices are just so strong from our

Maureen Spielman:

outside culture that really forging our own path is a brave

Maureen Spielman:

and courageous road to travel. And we have more people taking

Maureen Spielman:

the invitation, and listening and joining communities and

Maureen Spielman:

being in conversation. And these are what I call conscious

Maureen Spielman:

conversations, things that advanced, you know, our inner

Maureen Spielman:

worlds advance what our soul is here to learn. But on the

Maureen Spielman:

outside, you know, we're so cultured to look at the degree,

Maureen Spielman:

the job, the car, the merit, I don't know why the handbag came

Maureen Spielman:

to me. The kids our body is a representation of who we are.

Maureen Spielman:

And that's not who we are. Those are things we have. And those

Maureen Spielman:

are outward representations. And those were all that culture

Maureen Spielman:

tells us is important. And, you know, certainly advertising and

Maureen Spielman:

marketing does too. But what is it that we begin to learn and

Maureen Spielman:

often in midlife, sometimes people wake up earlier. But

Maureen Spielman:

often in midlife, we have just things happening inside of us,

Maureen Spielman:

and outside of us, that wake us up that lead us to this

Maureen Spielman:

awakening. So one day, I just woke up, and it was in one of my

Maureen Spielman:

coaching programs with Dr. Shefali. But I woke up and I

Maureen Spielman:

realized I had acted as if everything happened to me. And I

Maureen Spielman:

shifted in that and it wasn't shifting in a moment, it was

Maureen Spielman:

shifting over months time, shifted to know that life was

Maureen Spielman:

happening for me, and take responsibility, like I had to

Maureen Spielman:

take responsibility for myself, and not putting what I needed on

Maureen Spielman:

others, to kind of like, show up in a certain way we can ask for

Maureen Spielman:

it. That's a whole another story. But yeah, I'm wondering

Maureen Spielman:

for you, throughout your lifetime, what's been on your

Maureen Spielman:

outer list? What things have you felt so much pressure in society

Maureen Spielman:

or culture? To do to just feel what have you felt pressured by?

Maureen Spielman:

And how has this changed for you, as you've gotten older,

Maureen Spielman:

gotten wiser? Is it changing now? And I'm wondering what

Maureen Spielman:

showing up on your inner list to heal to become more aligned

Maureen Spielman:

with? And you know, when it comes to this, I hope I'm making

Maureen Spielman:

sense. Is there an invitation you are considering accepting?

Maureen Spielman:

And so that whole part on cultural conditioning is really

Maureen Spielman:

because I think it's important to understand how this outside

Maureen Spielman:

has affected us in our quest to find what's authentically, ours

Maureen Spielman:

or yours. What someone else named for you, at some point in

Maureen Spielman:

your life, is really meant to be examined and become curious

Maureen Spielman:

about, even if it's bringing it into conscious conversation

Maureen Spielman:

alone. Does it fit anymore, and did it ever. And, you know, one

Maureen Spielman:

of the last points I want to make is just the journey inward.

Maureen Spielman:

When I took the invitation when I accepted, it also brought me

Maureen Spielman:

to unresolved places inside and emotions. unhealed hurts and

Maureen Spielman:

wounds. Like I said before, how I long hung on to dear life for

Maureen Spielman:

resentments, which I just felt so justified in having, I think

Maureen Spielman:

I was tired and exhausted in a lot of ways. And as I began to

Maureen Spielman:

understand more how I was showing up, what I said I wanted

Maureen Spielman:

on the inside, didn't mat match the actions on the outside, how

Maureen Spielman:

I was being triggered, or reactionary. I just started to

Maureen Spielman:

take more responsibility for the life I wanted to live. And I

Maureen Spielman:

began to get really curious about how overwhelming

Maureen Spielman:

frustration or confusion had become internal operating states

Maureen Spielman:

for me. And I knew it didn't feel good. And it was time to

Maureen Spielman:

discover what was holding me back from how I really wanted to

Maureen Spielman:

feel on the inside. Little by little, I began to see how

Maureen Spielman:

voices of my past were still operating so much inside of me,

Maureen Spielman:

I have looked over and over at my limiting beliefs and patterns

Maureen Spielman:

and questions, so many of them, and a lot no longer fit. I have

Maureen Spielman:

committed to myself to do this work so that I can thrive on the

Maureen Spielman:

inside. And in my outer relationships to it's a

Maureen Spielman:

byproduct, when we're when we work on cultivating an inner

Maureen Spielman:

consciousness that is just more aligned with who we are

Maureen Spielman:

authentically. We do all the work inside and then it benefits

Maureen Spielman:

our outer relationships. And you know, we decide which ones are a

Maureen Spielman:

match for us anymore. Which ones fit in, I'll tell you the more I

Maureen Spielman:

can hold myself with compassion and hold you with compassion,

Maureen Spielman:

the better it will feel. So, you know, the way that I went about

Maureen Spielman:

this work is I had declared at one point in time about five

Maureen Spielman:

years ago that I was going to go into the coaching world and I

Maureen Spielman:

did programs in integrative health and wellness. I did a

Maureen Spielman:

conscious parenting program which I really was thinking was

Maureen Spielman:

like, all about awareness and consciousness with Dr. Shefali

Maureen Spielman:

Sabari. That was beautiful. And then separately through Suzie

Maureen Spielman:

Lulu and her soul care coaching. And I just learned and grew. And

Maureen Spielman:

I always think it's like we become aware And then we begin

Maureen Spielman:

to integrate until we embody it. So to me, it's awareness,

Maureen Spielman:

integration, and then embodiment. And that takes time.

Maureen Spielman:

And I still I always say, for all of us on this journey, to

Maureen Spielman:

me, it's a journey of a lifetime. And there's beauty in

Maureen Spielman:

that. And I think walking the path with each other, is just so

Maureen Spielman:

beautiful. Like I said, it was individual work, and it was

Maureen Spielman:

ongoing, just conversations with my biological sisters.

Maureen Spielman:

And my adopted sisters. And, you know, that's why I call this a

Maureen Spielman:

sisterhood. And not that you can't listen if you're a guy,

Maureen Spielman:

and you identify in another way, but it is this this spacious,

Maureen Spielman:

and expansion, expansive sisterhood that I'm looking to

Maureen Spielman:

cultivate sort of with within all of us and with each other. I

Maureen Spielman:

have to give so much gratitude, these programs taught me new

Maureen Spielman:

ways of looking at the world, that the universe is benevolent,

Maureen Spielman:

and that we are powerful creators. And so immersing

Maureen Spielman:

myself in all of this led to my own inner transformation, and

Maureen Spielman:

openness to share it all with you. And sometimes I laugh

Maureen Spielman:

because I did not know this was a calling for me, I didn't know

Maureen Spielman:

that this was around the corner on the next page. So I'm just

Maureen Spielman:

saying, I'm just offering we don't know what's around. But

Maureen Spielman:

let's be in this together. It's it's, it's there's a lot of

Maureen Spielman:

abundance, there's a lot of healing, and there's a lot of

Maureen Spielman:

abundance. And so at the beginning and end of each day, I

Maureen Spielman:

know what I have this connection, connection to

Maureen Spielman:

myself, first and foremost, I'm here to look inside at what I

Maureen Spielman:

still carry, that's no longer mine. And what I can seek to let

Maureen Spielman:

go of and put down, I no longer wish to be exhausted by that

Maureen Spielman:

luggage. I don't think any of us do. And it's just finding the

Maureen Spielman:

path to that healing for ourselves. And then the bigger

Maureen Spielman:

connection with each other. And my journey inward in the last

Maureen Spielman:

five years has informed everything I choose these days.

Maureen Spielman:

It's why I chose to follow the path of conscious life coaching,

Maureen Spielman:

to begin this podcast. And to begin and launch a monthly

Maureen Spielman:

membership, to the side of my coaching and the podcast is that

Maureen Spielman:

it's all about nurturing, connection, and communication,

Maureen Spielman:

and community. So what I want for you is what I want for me

Maureen Spielman:

well for all of us, is to become more connected with yourself

Maureen Spielman:

more integrated and embodied within yourself, and to have a

Maureen Spielman:

full out love affair with who it is that you came to be. And to

Maureen Spielman:

be so inspired by what you bring to the table and to develop or

Maureen Spielman:

find the practices that keep you deeply connected to yourself. So

Maureen Spielman:

thank you for celebrating that part of today with me. If it's

Maureen Spielman:

you're listening on another day, hey, it's all the same to me.

Maureen Spielman:

It's a celebration of where we've been, where we find

Maureen Spielman:

ourselves and where we're going. I'm going to offer you a

Maureen Spielman:

personal invitation to consider today to join us in the mystical

Maureen Spielman:

sisterhood monthly membership community. It's a community for

Maureen Spielman:

women on this journey of self reclamation, reclaiming the life

Maureen Spielman:

you really want to live deeply and that you're so deserving of

Maureen Spielman:

living. And in my intention is to create a community, a

Maureen Spielman:

sisterhood, a mystical sisterhood of all and joy and

Maureen Spielman:

abundance. And what it looks like is I it's in a it's held in

Maureen Spielman:

a space called Mighty networks. So it's off social media. And in

Maureen Spielman:

the portal, we've got a really rich community feed where we can

Maureen Spielman:

all share our experiences share our questions. There are four

Maureen Spielman:

live events per month, where we take deep dives into the

Maureen Spielman:

principles of the universe, practices for soul connection,

Maureen Spielman:

connection with each other as women and community and deep

Maureen Spielman:

sharing is alive and top of mind. It's it's been my

Maureen Spielman:

experience and I'm gonna say in the past five years, that the

Maureen Spielman:

circles, the circles of light, and the communities that I've

Maureen Spielman:

been immersed in, keep me on this path of thriving and keep

Maureen Spielman:

me in an energetic vibration, where I want to share it all

Maureen Spielman:

with you and bring you all in including whoever is meant to

Maureen Spielman:

join any part of this journey. But and through the guests that

Maureen Spielman:

I share, I just, it's just all coming together. I truly believe

Maureen Spielman:

we connect when we connect with each other, and support each

Maureen Spielman:

other's abundance and thriving humanity lifts. So to give you

Maureen Spielman:

an idea, I said for live topics a month and included in that as

Maureen Spielman:

a guest speaker. And so, so far we've had in the first three

Maureen Spielman:

months speakers on breathwork, sacred writing in this month is

Maureen Spielman:

tapping into your spirit guides. So other things that we're going

Maureen Spielman:

to cover your values and vision and Who who are you now, tapping

Maureen Spielman:

into the abundance within the language of the universe, the

Maureen Spielman:

universe as our mirror, and creating safety and intimacy

Maureen Spielman:

within our inside ourselves. What I want to end with is

Maureen Spielman:

turning points can be magical. They can be they can hurt, they

Maureen Spielman:

can be painful, they can take time to get through. But they

Maureen Spielman:

also can be magical. They can come to us from the outside, or

Maureen Spielman:

they can come to us from an inner calling within. So you,

Maureen Spielman:

About the Podcast

Mystical Sisterhood
Mystical Sisterhood is a celebration of women interested in connection to themselves, community, and the Universe. If you are a woman seeking conscious conversations on modern spirituality, understanding your soul’s journey, contemplating new directions in life, and mystical practices, you are in the right place!

The weekly podcast is hosted by Maureen Spielman, a Transformational Life Coach, trained in the Art and Practice of Spiritual Psychology, as well as Integrative Wellness and Conscious Parenting.

Maureen boldly invites the questions we only feel safe enough to ask in the community of other curious women ready to shift the current paradigm and soar. These curated conversations marry what we think of as our mainstream lives with the mystical.

Each episode infuses everyday women with the strength and clarity to rise above the self-limiting beliefs we have all heard on repeat in our heads so we can step into the limitless possibilities for shining and thriving in this lifetime.

Through interviews with healers, intuitives, and other courageous women doing the work of developing our inner lives, Maureen explores how to leave the lack dance behind, reclaim our worthiness, honor our intuition, and let the light in so we can more clearly see the light in others (and ourselves).

If you want to join this global movement of healers and seekers creating a new paradigm convened by an authentic woman who embodies the transformation practices she promotes, subscribe and listen to the Mystical Sisterhood podcast today.
