About Mar Martin:
Mar is an educator, a conscious parenting coach certified by Dr. Shefali and Suzi Lula, who has learned about trauma from Dr. Gabor Mate. Mar is also a mother of three, her children are 19, 17, and 7 years old. Having lived in several countries, Mar speaks five languages and lives in a bicultural home. She is on a journey to get to know herself better and live an authentic life as she teaches, coaches, parents, and lives!
Mar enjoys walking, especially by the ocean, swimming, meditating, deep connection, and breathing. Mar is currently grateful to be teaching teenagers and modeling to students that it’s possible to know themselves and enjoy being themselves just as they are.
